Bridget Henry holds an LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape and is a Partner at LDS Attorneys and Associates. She completed her articles at Kessler De Jager Incorporated, where she gained a solid foundation in legal practice. She leads the firm’s Litigation Department and works closely with Mr. de Swardt on Magistrates’ Court and High Court matters. Her areas of practice include family law, maintenance, international family law disputes, the relocation of minor children, and general litigation. Bridget is known for her ability to navigate complex legal challenges with precision and strategic insight. She is driven by a strong commitment to achieving effective and pragmatic outcomes for clients, while maintaining a high standard of professional integrity. Outside of the office, Bridget values time spent with her family and loved ones and has a particular appreciation for classical and choral music.
